Does anyone have your back with money?
What would it feel like to have a Money Ally. Having me as your coach is like having your own personal money cheerleader. It can be challenging to do this money stuff on your own. I will hold you accountable and make sure you are moving forward with your money. Shining a light on the places you can't see will allow you to become a rock star with money that you were meant to be.
It's not just about how much is in the bank.
A healthy relationship with money can affect your personal relationships, your body, your life and your bank accounts. I offer both Money Coaching and Financial Therapy from this holistic understanding. We are more than the money in our bank accounts.
Why are we not taught this stuff in school?
As a Money Coach, I explore the practical elements of money: financial literacy, building systems to allow your money to work for you, understanding how to leverage the money you make so that you can have a life that you love. We work with bank accounts, lines of credit, saving, spending, investing and more.
The way we are with money doesn't always make logical sense. But it does make emotional sense.
As a Financial Therapist, I help you unpack any emotional inheritances you have adopted from your family and unlock limiting beliefs around money and self-worth. We explore the unconscious behaviour that motivates you around money and begin to heal trauma that may have prevented you from interacting with money in a healthy way. We learn and practice strategies to navigate your unique money personality more skillfully. It's about working with money from the inside out.
What if we could do good with our money?
As an Environmentalist and Social Justice Activist, I can't help but share with you the various ways that we can use our money for good. I use numerous therapeutic techniques to help you wake up from the Marketing Machine and educate you on the toxicity of how our present financial systems are set up. This allows us to make educated choices on who will house our money and how we invest our money.
